      This was an ok breakfast hash, could do with more crispness in the potatoes which is difficult to achieve with low oil.

      Can substitute chilli flakes with 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle paste Can substitute passata with a tin of plum tomatoes - simmer with lid off to thicken I also added chopped thyme to the sauce

      My first time making turkey meatballs. They came out really nice, I ground my turkey breast in a food processor and omitted the chipotle so that my toddler son could eat them, too. He really liked them!

      This was a fairly easy tikka masala. Because of the sweet potatoes, it was sweeter than I would have preferred. Overall this was a nice, healthy weeknight dinner.

      A nice, simple soup recipe. I layered the salt with the vegetables as they were cooking as oppos3d to just seasoning at the end. Added some leftover cannelloni beans and some Parmesan cheese rinds as well which gave it a good depth of flavour.

      This was good. I halved the recipe but kept the spice amounts the same and it was perfect that way. Instead of serving with rice, we served these with some sliced sourdough. I would make this again.

      I was sceptical of how such a traditionally rich dish could be made low calories and not taste like it but it was actually very good and tasted quite indulgent. I wouldn’t call it healthy but healthier then the traditional version.
