    I made chicken fajitas with this blend. I wasn’t sure how much to use for my chicken. I was VERY generous, and they were well seasoned. I tossed the pieces with the seasoning and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. I’d consider adding some oil and a bit of lime juice for more of a marinade situation in the future.

    This is a great little mix to throw together from the spice cupboard and it's easy to heat up based on your preferences. I used it to season both the beef and the veg for some very tasty fajitas.
