    Requires 4-4.5 hours to prepare. Can substitute cocoa powder, carob powder or coffee powder for caramel color; and clear flour for unbleached bread flour.

    This bread was good, but not great. Next time try adding some of the "deli flavor" from King Arthur's Flour.
