Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a very tasty soup. As usual, I held some broth back back and might cut back even more next time..... or perhaps I just didn't use enough vegetables? The creamy base (I used the blender) was good but a bit "one note"...a splash of pickled jalapeno brine solved that. As I wanted a slightly more substantial dinner soup, I added grated cheddar & Monterey jack and fresh corn with the chunks of chicken. T also suggested that some potato would have been good. We both enjoyed this soup and I can see repeating this for sure with some additional ideas to personalize it.
