Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a good simple potato salad (which is what I wanted). I used some thin skinned Yukon golds in place of the reds and more celery than called for. We both did agree that the dressing was heavy on the yellow mustard & felt it needed a hit of sweet to offset that......I would whisk in some honey or sugar next time. Also, I cut everything in 1/2 (except the celery) but I seem to have tons of unused dressing left over (and I feel like I do use a lot). Am I imagining reading MANY comments throughout EYB where lots of different salad recipes result in a large excess of dressing??
