Can substitute the book's "Chocolate cookie crust" for the pie crust called for in this recipe.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is really delicious but on the sweet side for me. I omitted the powdered sugar in the whipped cream. Next time, I think I would double or even triple the whipped cream to fold in next time. I also may add more salt. Delicious and rich. Will make again but adapt slightly!

The filling is delicious. Next time I would make 1.5 times the recipe to have a fuller pie. Can always save the extra!!
