Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I hadn't made cheesecake in a long time, and it came out pretty well. Very smooth and did not crack or anything. The only thing is that the taste was pretty mellow - not too much cheesecake flavor, I think because it calls for 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream. Maybe next time I'll try cutting back on the cream.
