    This is a winner. Everyone loves these. I used to stuff jalapeño halves with cheese and then wrap bacon strips around them. It was always a hassle securing the bacon and cooking them. Incorporating the crisp chopped bacon into the cheese mixture and then filling and baking the jalapeño halves...easy peasy! I get asked to make these for parties and potlucks all the time.
