Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute neutral oil of your choice for grapeseed oil; and a mixture of white miso, chile garlic sauce, and soy sauce for toban jiang.

    This was very delicious and comforting after a bout of illness! I used short ribs and made the broth early in the day. There was a lot of fat, but cooled it in the fridge and skimmed it off the top. I think I’d use more water next time at the start because most of mine cooked off so I added more to dilute the very concentrated broth at the end.

    I was skeptical about this recipe but it turned out real good. So simple to make but yielded big flavors and perfect results.
