    Excellent chard side dish! Didn't have a Serrano chili so used a jalapeño. Also, rather than transfer the wilted chard to a dish, I left it in the pan, scattered the scallions, ginger and chili on top, heated the oils quickly in the microwave and poured over. Tossed it all with the vinegar and soy sauce and then put in the serving bowl. I'm going to try this sizzling oil technique on other veggies.
