Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Instead of rubbing the rub on just before roasting, I rubbed it under the skin and on both sides of chicken thighs and refrigerated for a couple of hours before roasting. The flavor was incredible and the chicken was moist and tender. Easy recipe. Will make again.
