Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Served this over couscous for a very tasty meal. I totally forgot to add the spinach and didn’t miss it at all. The only thing I might try differently next time would be to roast the squash before adding it- boiled squash is much less delicious than roasted IMHO.

    I loved this and will definitely be making again. I usually have all these ingredients on hand though in these days of quarantine cooking I had to sub preserved lemon for the olives and I didn't have cilantro for on top. Still very good!
