    Really nice flavor and crumb. I love gingerbread but this is a bit different, made with 1/2 almond meal and sweetened with honey. I made it in a Pullman tin. Wonderful with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

    Wonderful quick bread. Don't be put off by all the various ginger ingredients...that's what it's all about.
