    I think the recipe instructions are a little off ..it seems like you need to at least double the sugar and cinnamon...you might find them a bit too salty. The first time I made it, I didn't know how to use persimmons, so they were extremely astringent and salty. But I used em up in oatmeal and found I really liked that balance there. This time I used proper ripe Fuyu persimmons and was very pleased.
