    Start cinnamon-agave mix 45 minutes ahead, and freeze cinnamon-stick ice molds in advance. Can substitute Blackwell rum, Zaya rum or Bacardi 8-year-old rum for Diplomático Blanco Reserve rum; and St. Germain liqueur or Cocchi Americano for Dimmi liquore di Milano.
