    I made this but cooked it entirely different as I don’t have a microwave! So, I made the leeks, scallops and couscous, and the dressing but cooked it all stovetop. I added bacon which never hurts!

    This was an easy and delicious weeknight meal. The microwaving seemed odd particularly without adding any liquid but it worked perfectly with the juice from the raw leeks infusing the couscous. A real winner will make again.
