    I followed the technique on cooking fish veg, but skipped the avocado crema. I left out the collards and added bell peppers. I thought the chili powder would be bland, so I seasoned some salmon with a mango spice & Aleppo pepper- and the remaining with a southwest blend. Easy to make and the fish cooked quickly. There was quite a bit of smoke. I had my oven vent on and had to open a door too. But the mango spice salmon, veg & some Secret Aardvark hot sauce was really very good. Would repeat this.
