Creamy corn bucatini with ricotta and basil from The Complete Summer Cookbook: Beat the Heat with 500 Recipes that Make the Most of Summer's Bounty (page 112) by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is just a review of the sauce since I used it on TJ's corn and ricotta ravioli. The corn sauce is excellent with strong summer flavors. I went with fresh corn as the recipe recommends. This would also work with canned corn off season. The sauce is really easy to make and comes together brilliantly, with the ricotta and basil topping adding a pleasant depth.
