Spice-rubbed pork chops with corn, summer squash, and poblano sauté from The Complete Summer Cookbook: Beat the Heat with 500 Recipes that Make the Most of Summer's Bounty (page 114) by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

The spice-rubbed pork chops were perfectly seasoned and had a smoky, slightly spicy flavor. I used boneless pork chops (that was what I had) and smoked paprika. I grilled them rather than pan fried...less clean up! They tasted great just as a pork chop. My husband, however, ate it as a sandwich since it was boneless. Good both ways! Next time I will make the corn sauté to go with the pork chops.
