    This was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Used prosciutto and leftover Christmas ham. Added extra mascarpone. (Made for the Boggs)

    We went on a hike today and came hope to a mostly bare pantry so I threw this together- and it was delicious. The sauce thickens a bit after sitting for a couple of minutes, so I'd give it a few minutes if you think the sauce is too watery at first. This is a great back pocket recipe that is quick, simple and very good.
