Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was more work than any Dauphinoise I've made before, as you have to cook the potatoes, cream, herbs on the hob for 15mins before it goes into the oven. However, it was well worth the extra effort, definitely the best version. Not a dish for everyday as it's quite rich and creamy, certainly good for entertaining and special occasions.
