    This is a great grilled salad--potatoes, red onion, corn, all grilled & mixed with tomatoes & a lovely sherry vinaigrette! I did the prep work & let hubby do the grilling. This salad is great side or would even make a wonderful main dish salad with the addition of some sturdy lettuce like romaine. If you had a large enough grill, this could easily be doubled to work for a larger group.
