    I’ve made this at least three times. So easy to put together but It really needs to sit 24 hours to fully “cook” the sweet potato. Then it just tastes more delicious. Folks are always surprised it’s sweet potato (it looks like carrot and doesn’t taste too different) which is fun, and the flavors are just lovely.
