Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Sadly this has been the second recipe from this book that hasn't been great. I really wanted to love this. All the ingredients are great, but somehow did not come together for me. I did skip the tofu but I don't think that could have saved the day. I used choi sum rather than pak choi because it feels like you are getting more leafy green goodness with choi sum!
