    Pretty good. Nothing fancy, and I used Rancho Gordo flageolet beans and kidney beans. Used a chili spice mix instead of the individual spices. Topped with some vegan sour cream, cheese, and chives, it was pretty good. I chopped up a package of tempeh and that added to the heartiness.
