    Easy and so flavorful with the spices, olives and preserved lemon. The cauliflower is mostly steamed so you don’t get crispiness from this preparation. I wasn't sure whether to use the whole preserved lemon or just the rind. I've done both. like the idea of using the whole lemon, but when I did, the dish was was quite salty.
