Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Was I supposed to add the chilies in the chili oil? I don’t know, but it does satisfy our spice-kick! Will add a little more garlic next time to balance it out. Did not have Chinkiang vinegar on hand so used regular rice wine. Also had some left over sliced cucumber instead of smashing new ones. - ETA: upon looking at the other recipes from the book, I should not have added the chilies.
