    This recipe is fine. I added a cup of spinach which is why it’s green. I wouldn’t make this one again becuase you don’t end up tasting that small amount of spices.

    This was just OK. Very creamy (which I don't like -- something about the texture makes it hard for me to drink). But taste was not bad!

    I didn’t have high hopes for this smoothie as I thought the ingredients read quite savory, but this was my favorite so far besides Pink Milk. The spices are subtlety warming and this was very creamy. I subbed a teaspoon of honey and 1/4 cup silken tofu for the banana and also added the optional ground flax. Will definitely repeat this.
