    This was okay but lacking in any sort of flavor pop. Not enough coconut notes as I was hoping and the single date didn’t do much to sweet it. Made it through by topping with summer fruit. Will not make again.

    Truly godawful. I like kale but the grassiness was so unpleasant in this form, and the other ingredients didn’t mask it. I used double the coconut the recipe called for, and I could still only taste kale.
