    We really enjoyed this one. Almost pina colada flavors, sweet but not cloying.

    Very good, dessert type smoothie as written. I've also made it by doubling the dates and removing the coconut for my family (they are not fans of coconut). Another day we didn't realize we were out of mango so we have swapped the mangos for cherries. Original recipe and variations are all yum! I enjoy the bulk of the smoothies from this cookbook.

    Really delicious and creamy. I used silken tofu instead of banana, and about 100 grams of coconut. My add ins were flax and hemp seeds.
