    Maybe this was user error? But it needed to be strained. I plucked out a lot of things individually like the bay leaves, cinnamon, whole cloves, etc. But while eating it I'd get random hard bits (like cardamom pod shells, even though I pulverized to the best of my ability). I liked the flavor profile although a little heavy on the cloves for my taste. But this ended up in the compost because I kept crunching into random spices.

    Yum... I made this substituting tempeh and coconut milK for the chicken and cream to veganize the recipe. I also added whatever veggies were in the fridge needing used. The sauce was fantastic...
