    Ferments for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days. Can substitute black peppercorns for pink peppercorns, blackcurrant leaves or black tea leaves for horseradish leaves, and dill stalks for dill flowers.

    These were good. I didn't have black tea or horseradish leaves but it still turned out.
