    I like both raw and cooked broccoli, and I love Carla’s salads, so I thought this would be ideal for me, but it ended up less than the sum of its parts. The char just didn’t do anything to justify itself, and the broccoli didn’t incorporate well into the rest of the ingredients. It felt like an outlier the entire time I ate. Will definitely use the other components in a salad with spring mix, baby arugula, or baby kale/butter lettuce mix.
