Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Chicken was a big hit and easy to make. The collard greens wasn’t my favorite recipe that I’ve made. Needed a lot more chicken broth than called for and more time cooking than the recipe calls for.

    Chicken very crisp and well done. Delicious. The collards are terrific, too. They will show up in other dinners. I have successfully made them with Canadian bacon as well!
