    Great recipe, so much flavours. I used dried figs which was fine. Served with polenta and sweet corn from same book which went really well together and roasted golden beetroot. I put lid back on last 30mins as getting too brown. Tricky fishing out herbs. Did 2.5kilo piece and plenty leftover
