    This is really freaking good and makes a ton! I made a half batch and easily still got 6 servings out of it. This is a time commitment for sure but very delicious. My only complaint it it wasn't salted enough for my liking so I just seasoned to taste.

    Excellent with deep layers of flavor. I let a little too much water evaporate before covering, so the top layer of my rice was slightly underdone. Now I know to watch a bit more carefully during that step, but I’ll definitely be using this recipe again!
