    Love, love, love this recipe. The flavors are amazing. It takes some pre-planning, but is great for make-ahead meals that will WOW your guests. I doubled the sauce. In addition, I purchased two whole racks and trimmed to accommodate the recipe. So much cheaper and the leftover bits worked well in another meal. You really should try this recipe.
