    This is really just posh liver and onions and very nice. The recipe doesn't say to use sweet Marsala and I only had dry, so I needed to add 1tbsp sugar. The onions take about an hour to cook but the liver only needs 3-4 mins. Served with potato and parsnip mash and tenderstem broccoli.
