    This is my death row meal! It’s incredible. My mother made it for dinner parties in the 90s and the smell of sherry vinegar and tarragon takes me back.

    I quite like this. I served it with peas and sautéed potatoes. The sauce is delicious.

    I'm not a huge fan of Delia, but this is my favourite recipe of hers, and I make it often. As with many of Delia's recipes, you can cut down on the cream considerably and it will still be good.
