    Can substitute cavatelli pasta for pasta mista.

    This is like restaurant food in your own home. It's a little labour intensive to prepare, because jerusalem artichokes are quite fiddly. I added a chicken stock cube in with the water, and stirred some basil in in the last minute of cooking, as well as a tbs of cream I was trying to use up. Absolutely delicious
