Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe is delicious! I had a typo in the instructions in my copy though. It says to roast the mushrooms for 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges, but that definitely isn't correct. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be 12 minutes or 20 minutes, but it was definitely 20 minutes. So so good!
