  • Grilled corn guacamole

      This was good, but although I love grilled corn, I'm a guac purist and there was way too much going on here. Maybe call it "Grilled corn and avocado dip" instead.

  • Spinach and roasted mushroom dip

      This recipe is delicious! I had a typo in the instructions in my copy though. It says to roast the mushrooms for 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges, but that definitely isn't correct. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be 12 minutes or 20 minutes, but it was definitely 20 minutes. So so good!
