Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Scaling issues with this recipe as well. The dough was supposed to be rolled out to 1/4" thickness and cut into twelve 6"x6" squares. I rolled to 1/8" thickness as I couldn't imagine getting the required number out of the dough, and I didn't really want 1/2" thickness of dough around the edges of a hand pie. I still only got eight out of it, even with rerolling the scraps and using all but about a tablespoon worth of the dough by the end. You'd need to about triple the dough recipe if you wanted the full 1/4" thickness to get twelve hand pies. I have enough filling left for probably 4+ more hand pies, and I filled generously. Also nowhere near cooked in the 15 minutes specified.
