Can use any of the book’s pie dough recipes for pastry pie shells, and any of the book’s glaze recipes for berry glaze of your choice. Can substitute the book’s “Lemon-elderflower filling” for the “Lemon meringue filling” specified in this recipe; and raspberries, black raspberries, or blackberries for strawberries. Must be refrigerated 4 hours.
