    I used chicken drumsticks and substituted fresh rosemary for dried. The skin didn't get that crisp, but did brown on top. The chicken was really flavorful and there was lots of delicious sauce (not surprising - all that butter). Cheese grits and collard greens went well, but rice would be good too to soak up the sauce. Family loved this!
