Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

A good basic pasta dish that lives up to the book's thesis. I found that whole grain mustard didn't stay in the dish very well and I think that a rough stone ground works better.

I used a mix of mild & hot Italian sausage, added lots of sliced sweet peppers with the onions & (as always) scaled the pasta way back (ie 4 oz for a 1/2 recipe). Ricotta is suggested as a final topping for some creaminess, but as I had a few oz of cream cheese to use up, I added it with some pasta water to make a sauce & finished with a shower of parmesan. We both really enjoyed this.

Decrease the pasta as it was so much more than the other ingredients. This was nothing noteworthy.

This was delicious. I used cavatappi because that’s what I had in my house. Although a smaller pasta would have been better, the cavatappi worked fine. I also used dried rosemary but added them with the sausage to soften them more. Fresh rosemary would have been better. The dried didn’t add much flavor. This recipe will be something I come back to.
