Can substitute red miso for white miso, toasted sesame seeds for furikake, and lime juice for lemon juice.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This turned out tasty. The chicken was a little tough. Not sure if I needed to up the poaching temperature a bit, or cook it a bit longer. I have never poached chicken before. Used the lemon and garlic with white miso.

This is really good. And easy. Use the furikake if you can, it adds a lot to the delicious sauce. Next time I'll try using the lime and scallions.
