    I made these yesterday & freshly baked, they are really good. I also reheated 1 for this am's breakfast and although it has lost some of the "crispyness" from the base & the craggy bits on top, it is still very tasty. It seemed wasteful to use an egg to brush only 8 biscuits (1/2 recipe, 57 g scoops) so I used heavy cream. I don't often make drop biscuits but these came together quickly & I would repeat for sure.
