    Can substitute ground beef chuck for ground beef round.

    Our go-to chili recipe. We use 3 pounds of ground beef or turkey plus 2 pounds of cooked black beans. Usually use Guajillo chile powder, 1 can of whole tomatoes, and add 2 T cornmeal for the final 20 minutes of cooking. Add garlic & beans after the meat is browned.
