    This dish is always in rotation at our house. Quick to make (as long as you have the spice mix made ahead of time) and really delicious. I've used kidney beans instead of black beans, and they are equally good. Use this as a filling for tortillas, a topping for nachos or baked potatoes or wedges, or with rice. Very versatile.
